Form data is stored only in your browser's local storage on your device. It is not stored on our server and is not sent anywhere unless you choose to use a feature that exports or shares the data.
You can clear this data at any time by using the Clear Form button for the current form, or the Clear All Drafts button to remove all saved form drafts from this device. You can also clear your browser storage directly.
If you use the Email option, the form data will be transmitted to the configured email service so it can be delivered to the recipient(s) you choose.
By using the Email option, you confirm that you are authorized to share the information provided in the form and that the recipient(s) may use the information as needed to render the services you request.
